    Is there no way to get rid of the word edit before headline? It is hard to remember to remove it before forwarding email to client and it looks so unprofessional.

    Can't imagine there is any value in that being in headline

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the edit submission link in the email notifications?

    If you do not need the link to edit the submission in the notification, it can be removed while editing that particular notification.  Remove the line:

    {edit_link}

    From any notification you would like it removed from and the edit link will no longer show in the notifications.

    If there is something else you are looking for, please let us know a bit more detail regarding what you would like to remove and we will be happy to help.

    I wasn't clear
    I understand about edit submission
    *my concern is the headline, like one on this email*
    *Re: edit in headline of emails?*
    it always includes Edit added by your company. Can't that be eliminated?

    I believe I understand what you are referring to.  When a submission is edited, it will be marked as such in the notification:

    This is automatically added to the notification email only when the submission is edited, not when the submission is initially completed.  Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent this from happening.  It is done to distinguish between the original submission and any subsequent edit made to it.
