Not getting email notifications and autoresponder.

    Jotform team,

    We are not getting notifications/autoresponders from any of our forms when sent to our accounts. Our IT director cannot determine the cause on our end. Would a Jotform support specialist be able to connect with our IT specialist on a phone call to see where the email transfer is failing? Thank you!
