Two forms we use on the same website are receiving an influx of spam submissions. Attached one of those. The two pages that these forms are on are linked below. Any idea why this would be happening? This is actually the only website that is experiencing this issue and we use Jot forms on many - if not all - of our websites. Any insight you can provide is appreciated. Thanks!

I believe I responded to a similar request of yours recently:
It does not look like any test submissions we would make.
The recommendations that were made in your previous thread are the methods we have to prevent this type of submissions, however, there is nothing we can do to stop someone from filling out your form, especially if it is embedded to a webpage. Someone may just be testing the form. Since there is a captcha, I do not believe it is a bot.
