Managing multiple fields on a form

    How do I add a section so that it will show up on the "additional child" sections?

    On our forms we have info for one child and them option for additional children. I believe I know how to add - on our Awana form I am going to be adding age and birthday. How do I do it so I don't have to go to each additional child and repeat? or is that what I have to do?

    It appears that you have already solved the issue by adding the fields to each Child section on form. This is completely right.

    The fields can be also duplicated/delete with a Filed Manage Wizard.

    Too bad I didn't wait a little longer. Sounds like a great tool. I know I will need it again. I was concerned I would get replies and I needed to get the new info on the form. Thanks so much for getting back to me!!
