Different options for each dropdown matrix field

Is there a way to change the option in a drop downmatrix question for each drop down

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Dropdown options will be the same for all dropdown fields inside of matrix table. 

Instead of matrix table dropdown you can use regular dropdown fields and then set different options for each field.
