My company is using jotform file uploading function, and we have a dropbox account linked to it. So when somebody tried to upload something it wont push those files to our dropbox sometimes. Do you do how can I make it more reliable. It is really embarrassing when someone uploaded something, but we keep saying we have not recieved any thing from dropbox.

Please check also the Upload field in your form if it is properly setup to accomodate the Dropbox inegration requirements.

As mentioned in the user guide, the max file size allocation can also affect the integration to Dropbox.
Let us know if issue had become persistence.
