    Hello Jotform,

We're a French company and we already created multiples forms on your website. The problem is, for these forms, one of my colleagues used her credit card to pay for the subscription (9,95 USD/month) and with all the exchange in euros and other fees, it costed her a lot more than 9,95 USD.

I'd like to know if your company accept an automatic debit on our company's account, that means we will send you our bank account's informations and 9,95 USD will be automatically transferred to you each month. We don't have a credit card for this account so we want other solutions.

    Thank you in advance,

    Best regards,

We are sorry for the inconveniences. These taxes and conversion rates are not added by us, but by our payment processors to comply with all the local and international regulations that pertain to the transfer. We only charge and receive the stated 9.95 USD/month from each transfer.

I'm afraid that we only support payments with Credit Cards and PayPal for monthly subscriptions. If you wish to make payments via Wire / Bank Transfer, or a Purchase Order, we have that available as well, but the minimal payment is 100 USD as manual processing is involved.

This means that you can only use Bank Transfers or Purchase Orders for our yearly plans, with the cheapest option being Bronze Yearly plan at $159 / year.

For this reason, and as you are already using a grand-fathered Premium Monthly subscription at discounted rates of only 9.95 USD per month, I believe that it would be best for your company to remain with the current subscription. If you have a US based Credit Card, you may want to update your subscription to charge that Credit Card instead.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
