Can some forms have a password on them for only a main user/administrator to access?

I would like to create a folder with secure information.  Can I put a passcode on that form and its submission responses? Thanks.

We do not provide a password protection option at this time, but there is a work around available which is based on conditional logic. Please take a look at the next thread to see if this is something that may work for you.

    Form password protection

There is no way to set an extra password on Submissions page, but there is a way to encrypt form entries. In this case you will need to upload a private key to be able to read your data. Please be careful with mentioned option, if you lose the private encryption key the data is gone.
