Im having difficulty with error messages after pasting embed code

Normally I have no issue with jotform, it just works.

Today though is different, Ive created a form for my own site and im just having a nightmare getting it to work, correctly. It either doesnt display properly or weird code is showing up. Also it isnt submitting or showing the standar jotform thank you page?

I notice you are using JotForm source code to embed the form onto your website.

There is one issue that does stand out, you have stripped out the submit button action e.g 'action="http://submit.jotform.com/submit.php"'

This means the form will never return to JotForm to place its submissions, send out email alerts or redirect to any custom thankyou message.
