    Notification emails not being sent/recieved

    I am not receiving email notifications upon new submissions.

    I have checked all settings both on my forms and my email client to ensure all is correct.


    I have added the jotform.com domain to my whitelist with my ISP

    Each form is configured to send new submission notifications to info@rockandrollafterschool.com

    I have not received any notifications for over a month.

    Please advise

    Same thing happening to me all of a sudden. Checked in my settings also to make sure not on blacklist.

    @fauster Your emails were being filtered and rejected as potential spam by our services:

    I removed your address from our bounce list, however, I would recommend revising the notification in question to a different subject line to prevent this from happening again.

    @ctphoto If you would mind creating a new thread and letting us know which form/address you are having trouble with, will be happy to have a look.
