Unable to get the phone number field to show up in the Zoho Integration

    Thanks for this Jeanette.

    I'm having the same issue, and am using a Text Field because we're hiding the field names in the form, and using hints, which weren't being shown when the field was a "phone" one. If hints can be shown in a phone field, whilst keeping a mask, yippee!

    Any suggestions?

    Hi James,

    Just so you know that I've moved your reply here as a new thread.

    As for the issue, the textbox field won't show up in the integration so I would suggest using the Phone Number field and show or add the label so your users will know it. 

    I will also create a separate thread for the hint text when input masking is enabled in the phone number field. I think that's possible, but not sure.

    If the hint can be shown when input masking is enabled, that'll solve everything. (adding a label for just one field isn't going to be accepted, aesthetically.)

     

    By the way, please pass on my thanks to the team for the Zoho CRM integration in general. I see it being a fantastic system for us when the form's live. Using the "Conditions" functionality to create a hidden, concatenated text field so Zoho can have its "Full Name" is genius.

    I really don't know why anyone still uses Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms - Jotform is absolutely and continually amazing in what it can do.

    I have just created a report about the hint text in phone number field to our developers. Here's the thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/649050. As for the label, I mean add it to all of your fields while waiting for an update regarding the hint text.

    The hint in Phone Number field is now fixed per our developer's update in the given ticket. Please try it again.
