Is the problem still present? This is usually a temporary glitch which last a few seconds, so we recommend you just to reload the page and try again.

It is still present. It's only the PDF that isn't working, it still displays the image I uploaded and its been like that this morning. It shows the PDF is there, but when we click on it all that shows is that Jotform is currently unavailable.

I was able to download one of your submissions in the pdf format with no problem. What kind of browser are you using? We recommend Chrome and Firefox.
