    upgrading

Asked by edigiovanni on December 29, 2011 at 06:44 AM

I am considering upgrading to premium and I have a few questions. Would this service be available for the one website I am using Jotform on now, or on others that I create? Can I speak with someone on the phone about this? Thanks, Ellen

Sorry, we dont have the ability to offer phone support at this time.

You are free to use your JotForm forms on as many different sites as you so wish.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you -- so my Premium account would be good for other sites I create as well?

Yep, that is no problem at all.

The only limitation you have is the amount submissions allowed depending on which package you are on: Premium has 1000 standard, SSL & payment form submissions per month and Professional 1,000,000 of each per month.

Obviously, having a 400 different forms on 400 different websites may mean you hit those submission limits quicker, but you are more than welcome to put your JotForms on as many different sites as you wish.

    Thank you.

One more question : if I hit the limit on one of the forms, will I get a warning notice, or will the user just see their form rejected?

    Thanks--

You will be warned in advance via email that you are nearing your submission limits, then you will get another email once you do over the limit, you will then have another 24 hours to either upgrade or your forms will show an 'over quota' message like below until your submission limits reset at the turn of the new month.
