Email notifications are no longer being received

    This morning we stopped receiving email notifications when we had a submission. It has been working just fine for almost a year. We have not made any changes to this form for months. The submissions are showing up if we login to Jotform, just notification emails stopped.

    When a submission is sent submitted on our site, the thank you screen appears on the site indicating that the submission was successful.

    I took a look at your website Steve, but I was not able to find any jotforms on that page.

    I did however take a look at your account, and I see that there are few forms, so I would like to ask you if you can tell us which of the forms have this issue.

    I did also check the email that is associated with your account, but it does not seem to have any issues looking at our logs, but once you let us know what is the form we would be happy to check it out and help you sort it all out.
