Why won't payment tools insert properly?

When I try to drag over the payment tool, the icon moves over to show it's placement but then it does not get added and the icon disappears from the menu.

Have you managed to fix the issue? The payment fields are currently present on your forms.

Please note that you can add only one payment tool per form.
