We are having issues with a form not showing up for some of our customers. I am able to see it in Chrome, but my student assistant sees a blank page in Chrome. Please help! We are loosing customers.

I checked your page in several browsers, including Chrome, and the form showed properly in each. However, if you would like to ensure the most compatibility, I would recommend replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code:
This should allow your form to load properly across all browsers.
