Wrong thank you auto responder being sent out

    I chose to clone an event registration form that I used last month to customize and update for this month's event.  The problem is that the thank you auto responder - with details from last month - continues to be e-mailed to this months registrants even though I finally got the update to save.  Please help!

    Hi,

     

    Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52325020841948? I cloned the form and I can see that the Autoresponder has a detail of your other form. Can you try to clear your form cache and browser cache then after update the message of your Autoresponder? To update the Autoresponder Email just follow the instruction provided in the demo below.
