Matrix is not showing when we view the form

    Kindly help fix the issue we are currently experiencing. ASAP

    Can you please confirm if this is your form http://www.jotform.me/form/52378929433466 that have the issue?

    Was it embedded on a website? If you can share to us the URL of your website, we can also check the form on the website.

    I just checked using the browser, I cannot seem to produce the problem yet. I can see the Matrix field on the form just fine
