    How do I customize who the email sender is when a form is submitted?

    When a form is submitted on the website and it pops up in his email, I don't want it to say its from jot form, I want to customize it to say its from his website. Thank you for your help.

    Hello szarif82,

    If I understand your requirement correctly, you do not want JotForm brand to be displayed in the submission emails. Is that correct?

    Here are the steps you should follow:

    #1. Remove the JotForm logo form the notification email template. 

    #2. Change the "Sender Name" of your email alert to any desired question of your form. Please check the screenshot below:

    #3. Change "Sender Email" : Instead of using noreply@jotform.com, use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account. The following guide should help you:

    Thank you for your response. What I'm referring to is the sender that shows
    up in my inbox. It says "jotform." I want to change that. I tried
    everything in your tutorial but it still says "jotform." I've attached a
    screenshot to show you what I'm referring to.

    Hello Sanaz,

    With which form you are having this issue with? 

    I did check your last edited form "Adviro" and it does not have any email alert added. I have gone ahead and added a new email alert and configured it to not display the JotForm  Logo. 

    Please test your form and see if your form works correctly. I have also sent you a test submission and our log confirms that email was sent correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please check your inbox and see if the submission email received is as expected.

    Yes that worked, thank you! Can you tell me how you changed that? This is
    for a client, rather than having my email in the subject box I want his
    website or whomever is sending the email to pop up. Is that possible?

    You can set the name by selecting the field with the person's name from the dropdown beside the sender name

    Thank you so much for your help. I have included a couple screenshots to
    show how everything is set up...When I test my form on the webpage, after I
    open the email. the senders email doesnt show up, all other info does.[image:
