    L.s.

    I want to have a form dowloaded in (e.g.) Existing Folder/Existing Folder/User Defined Folder/

In this folder I want to store the submissions with a stamp of my choice (e.g. name and date submitter).

Ending in: Existing Folder/Existing Folder/User Defined Folder/submission John Doe 2015-08-12.pdf

I can't do this at this moment, ending with a huge pile of submissions in the samen folder.

    Hi Bert,

Have you tired integrating your forms to DropBox? In the integration of DropBox to the form you will be able to set a User Defined folder.

But unfortunately you will not be able to set the folder to an Existing Folder in your DropBox and change the name of the PDF. If you want, we can escalate this to our development as a feature request. Please confirm if you want this feature.

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

    Christian,

    Thanks for your Answer.

yes it is highly needed to have a more flexible defining of the path in dropbox and google drive. I want to store forms in directories of my choice and have a namegiving of the form directory within that directory. Than i need to store the submissions with a meaningfull name driven by form fields.

    best regards

    Hello Bert.

You can send your submissions to a deeper structure of your already existing folders, all you need to do is separate them with / in the path defining section of your integration:

In Dropbox, the folder path is automatically used or created:

When it comes to having your submissions named as "submission Full Name Date", we can do this by using one of our fields from the form as the Submission Folder Name.

For example, I have used added a (hidden) date field which was set to populate with today date, and use the yyyymmdd as the date format.

I have added another hidden Text Box field, and set up conditions so that it updates itself with "submission + Full Name field + hidden Date field".

And here is the Conditional Rule that updates this field:

Finally, I have used this field in the Dropbox Integration as the Submission Folder Name:

Upon making submissions, I receive them in my Dropbox account in the way you've specified, with the only difference being that there is another folder named the same as the submission PDF:

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance, and we will be happy to help.
