    Unable to upload photo

    Problem 2:

    Today, totally failed to upload photo and name list.

    I tried to upload a file to your account and it is completed without an error. I cleaned your form caches and I suggest you to try again. It could be a temporary server problem.

    I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to upload files on your form.

    I have also submitted your form successfully and I got redirected to Thank You page.

    If you are still unable to upload photos to your form, please clear your browser cache.

    You can also try with using different browser.
