Hi - I have a form here: http://www.bedford.ac.uk/contact-us/have-your-say
If I click 'Next' then 'No' then 'Next' the screen moves down so the form is no longer visible. How do I prevent this?
Thanks

Hi,
Upon checking your website, I see that you are using an iFrame to embed the form, but it looks like a custom iFrame code, is it the one in our "Embed Form" options?
You could try getting our iFrame embed code using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. You can also try the default embed code instead:
Let us know if that works.

Can anyone else help with this? I'm sure I've had the issue previously but solved it.
Unfortunately I can't just embed the IFRAME code in the page as the CMS doesn't allow that.

As my colleague mentioned you should try with iFrame code of the form. I see that you have custom iFrame were you have embedded HTML page in which you put source code of the form.
Which CMS are you using?
Looking forward to your reply.
