Page break: Next button not working

I added page breaks to my form - however, at the first break I am unable to continue.  The form does nothing.  Please help.  Thank you.

I would recommend you to use the Form Revision Tool to restore the form back when you first added the page break. I saw on the change log that you did removed these page breaks multiple times. After restoring it, try to log out from JotForm and then log back in. Please try adding the page breaks again.
