Hi, Each time a form is completed, I need to send that completed form to our teacher candidate, is there a way?

The cooperating teacher fills out the form, they need the teacher candidate to review the assessment (the completed form), is there a way to create a button and request that the completed form be sent?  Thanks!

Yes. It is possible to send the completed form to the teacher candidate if you can have the teacher candidate's email on the form. You can add a new email field for teacher candidate and have this field as the recipient in a new auto-responder. Please go though the guide below that can help you in setting a form auto-responder.
