The condition that I set in the second and third fields for "Greater than/equal to 10000" is not working.
Thanks.

Hi,
I was just reviewing your form. It seems that you are trying to use a condition in a calculation field. At the moment this is not possible. The reason is because the calculation is already trying to update itself so to condition and calculation would conflict.
If you could explain in a bit more detail, we might be able to find a work around for you.

Hi.
Yes- I have a "monthly benefit calculation." I want that value to be populated in the "Your monthly benefit amount" field UNLESS the "monthly benefit calculation" value is greater than 10,000. In that case, I want the value for "Your monthly benefit amount" to be 10,000.
Please let me know if you need additional clarification.

Could you check the form below to see if that works for you?

I've cloned your JotForm and tried replacing the calculation fields with number field and set the conditions. You may clone this JotForm to your account to see how it works.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
Thanks!!!

Yes, this is great.
Please see my updated version here http://form.jotform.us/form/52396694828170. Is there any way to remove the default "0" in the last two fields? -
