Hi my forms now have an error. After working perfectly fine we are experiencing upload errors
These are the current form I need working ASAP.
I have another 15 or so I suspect are doing the same thing
I'm working with Firefox, Chrome and Safari - same problem
The file I tried to upload was a 26k PDF

This error is usually related to incorrect FTP settings. The integration is unable to forward the submission to your FTP. I checked one of your forms and it does indeed look like you are forwarding via FTP:
Removing the integration or updating to the proper settings should allow for your form to work once again:

Its strange because we didn't change anything. It just started failing.
How do I get to where you are suggesting?

This setting can be changed in the submission view of your account:
Click on the little gear icon near the top right once you are there.
