When I hit the Submit button, an error message will appear that says 502 Bad Gateway

    Is there an issue with JotForm that needs to be addressed? Anytime I hit Submit on the bottom of the form it will not go through.

    I have checked you integrated from on your site,kindly add the form link(http://www.jotform.us/form/50895716962166) to your iframe's src section, this should enable the proper loading of all required scripts. after that test the form and let us know of the outcome

    I fixed this by dropping the Google Sheets integration, but I'll try this method at some point in the future. Thanks for the prompt response (and apologies for my not-so-prompt reply).
