Hi - I have just tried to downgrade my subscription for your stay to the free version but I received an error message requesting I contact support.
I no longer require this account as it was for a specific client who does not require any future forms.
Please can you help.

I cancelled your subscription with our payment processor. You will retain your paid user benefits until September 21st, 2015, at which point you will be downgraded back to a Free account and no longer billed.
