Have paid for Yearly. Please cancel my monthly plan

    I received notification that our subscription expired so I renewed ($90) for the year. We were on a monthly fee payment schedule of $9.95 prior.  I renewed the subscription on 8/27/15 (yesterday) and we were charged the monthly $9.95 fee again as well.  We need to be reimbursed for the $9.95 since the $90 we paid should cover the full year as of 8/27. Please advise as to how I can get this accomplished ASAP.

    It seems our payment processor has created a separate subscription for Yearly plan while the Monthly subscription plan is active. We have now cancelled the monthly subscription and have refunded the recent charge. It takes about 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account. Your account is now holding Premium Yearly subscription.
