1. I would like to know if there is a way to use the unique submission feature, set to "Loose Check", and if the user does try use the link again with in 24 hours the link takes them straight to the "Thank You" page.
I ask the question because we are a training provider and we use a form as an attendance register. After signing the form the user is directed to our Skype for Business Link, which works perfectly. Now we would like to take the user straight to the "Thank You" page if they have signed the register but closed the page (due to some unforeseen reason). Now when they use the link again within 24 hours is there away we can take them straight to that "thank you" link, without having to sign the attendance form again.
The reason being would like to reduce the multiple sign-in's by the users.
2. Is there away to allow one unique submission within 24 hours and afterwards it refreshes and allows the user to fill in the form again (without us having to change the form/link).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to allow for one submission per person per day. However, it is possible to change the unique form warning message to your Skype for business link. You should click on Preferences -> Advanced Settings -> Edit Form warnings
To find it I would recommend pressing CTRL+F (which will open search box in your browser) and then typing "only one entry" (without quotes) which should allow you to easily locate this text:
Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
Then change the message to your Skype link.
They would still need to clear their browser cookies daily in order to complete the attendance form.
