I have been getting multiple complaints from users that when they click on the various sections that have conditions, the section does not open.  What is causing this?  As soon as I tell the user to refresh their screen, it then works.

    Student/Family Credit? *

Yes, student name(s) listed below No, apply credit to a PCHS family with financial need

NOTE:  In cases of families with two or more students at PCHS, please list only one of the student's names. Credit will be divided equally among siblings.

The section below is not opening when yes is selected.

    Student 1
    First NameLast Name
    PCHS ID # (if known)

Below are the links to the forms:
    Platinum Level Ad
    $500.00

    Gold Level Ad

    Bronze Level Ad

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.

I was able to reproduce the issue. It appears that there is some conflict caused by form JS embed code, the form is not being processed correctly on the first load.

A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and forwarded to our Development Team.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any ETA for when this specific JS embed issue can be fixed, so I would like to suggest trying an iFrame form code.

    Getting the Form iFrame Code

The iFrame code should work properly.
