Form not loading styles when tested

I updated two forms, the preview on your site was good but when paste the code source on iWeb, it doesn't show as before (no background, font are all the same, etc...) same problem for both form. see screen shoot attached (left should be and on right what I have).

I did update before and it never did that before.

You are probably testing the web page locally, and form content is not loading right due to paths without http/https protocol.
