Move all My Forms and Submissions to another Account

move all my forms and submissions over? The username of my organization's account is dukefarms.

We need your confirmation that you wanted to move all your Forms from your jwagar account to the dukefarms   account.

From this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/650248 I assume you need first to be added as sub-account to the main account before we can transfer the forms.

So please confirm the transfer only after you had already been added as sub-account to the target main account.

We will wait for your update on this.

You don't need to re-embed the forms, but if you are using a custom URL for them, you need to update the URL to use the "dukefarms" username.
