I see numerous questions/complaints that "DPRP is disabled" error is received when using PayPal Pro in our forms requiring subscription payments. Personally, I have spent hours trying to get this situation resolved. PayPal insists that the problem is on the JotForm side. They claim that the JotForm PayPal solution is outdated and that it is no longer compatible with there current process (PayFlow).
Question: Does JotForm have plans to upgrade their PayPal Pro solution?

This is not on us, if you get that error, it means that the 'Direct Payment Recurring Payments' option is not enabled on your PayPal Pro account. In this case, we can recommend you to contact PayPal Support, they should be able to help you to enable the 'DPRP'.
