Form will not show up in my WordPress Website

Asked by booker12 on August 29, 2015 at 07:56 AM

We have a new Wordpress, Genesis Theme website. The forms will not load on the site

    https://cable-carriers.com/contact-us/

On that page the script is there but will not load. We use the forms on other sites just fine but this one they are not loading.

We have Iframe and embed both on this page to see if one works. Neither one does.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi booker12,

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your form on your WordPress website.

I am seeing that you currently have both the iFrame code and the script code embedded on your webpage. Having both codes would cause the form not to be embedded properly. Please use just one of the embed codes.

If you are still having an issue, please attempt to use the WordPress Plug-in to embed your form: Wordpress-Plugin-for-Wordpress-org-version

Please inform us if you need further assistance.

Yes, if your website runs with https, you should do the same to your form. Otherwise, the form will prompt you a security warning causing it not to show up in the page. Glad that you've figured it out.

Please contact us again if we can help in any way.

    Thanks
