Form will not show up in my WordPress Website

We have a new Wordpress, Genesis Theme website. The forms will not load on the site

On that page the script is there but will not load. We use the forms on other sites just fine but this one they are not loading.

We have Iframe and embed both on this page to see if one works. Neither one does.

I figured it out. the site was using https and I had to make the form use https / secure.

Yes, if your website runs with https, you should do the same to your form. Otherwise, the form will prompt you a security warning causing it not to show up in the page. Glad that you've figured it out.
