How Can I Add a Sub Label in a Radio Button Field?

I'm creating a form that explains the form. I'm using sub labels to explain each field and it works well with my text fields.

Is there a way I can add sub labels to radio button fields?

Unfortunately, it's not possible for now. But I have forwarded this thread to our developers as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
