I know you can integrate JotForm with Zoho CRM and Google Sheets, where any new submissions will be sent to either platform, but what is the behavior when a form submission is edited? Does the form response that was edited get pushed (synced) with either/both Zoho CMR and Google Sheets? At the moment, we are only able to push new submissions from JotForm to either platform, but not edits-- any suggestions? This is a huge part of our business, as our customers frequently edit their data that we collect in their form.
One thing for sure is that the Google Spreadsheet will automatically sync the changes in the submission, but haven't tried the Zoho CRM. I wanted to, but there seems to be a problem with my test account. If you can try it, that would be great.
As for the google spreadsheet, if your current integration is not syncing edits, I would suggest redoing the whole integration to create a new sheet.
