the form isnt clear please take a look

    hi when i receive donations through my website using your form i get a bunch of numbers and letters nothing that makes sense.

     

    also when i try to open the form once its emailed to me it asks for a key i dont understand what that it and it doesnt let me open the form properly. thank you

    Seems you have enabled the Encrypted Form Data feature:

    By any change, do you or someone with access to your account download the KEY file?
