subscription cancelled

    Hi,

    due to the fact that I can't get my forms to be mailed to me for the past week and because noone has taken the time to look into the matter that has occured with no apparent reason, all of sudden and unexpectadly... I've decided to cancel my subscription letting PayPal know that they shouldn't renew my yearly payment on July 31 2016. 

    As soon as I have transferred all my forms to the new provider I've chosen, I will request closure of my account with JotForm.
