Hi, Thank you for cancelled my subscription from your side..i want to delete my credit card details in jotform Billing menu.

    Hello Sgulechha,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have cancelled your subscription successfully. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until September 02, 2015 for the time you have already paid. 

    Please be noted that we do not store any credit card information. All subscription payment is managed by our payment processing partner Stripe / FastSpring / BlueSnap. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to delete the attached credit card with your billing profile but you will not be billed again until you upgrade your account again.
