How to embed form in email?

How do I attach the form, or form details to emails, and what do I attach to emails, if I am doing a mass email campaign. So that once the subscriber fills in the details on the form, the filled-in form details will come back to my inbox.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to embed form in an email?

Please be noted that we do not recommend embedding your form's source code in emails because most of the email clients are very limited in supporting HTML & Scripts. That means embedding your form in email will most probably not work on user's email client.

You need to get your form's direct URL and send it through an email. Here are the steps to get your form's direct URL:

1. Select Setup & Embed tab

2. Click Embed Form and copy the form's direct URL. Please check the screenshot below:
