    I don't receive the forms in my e-mail

    I'm very happy with my form (really, thank you so much!). But I don't know what I'm doing wrong, because I don't receive the forms in my e-mail (info@elmirall.es)

    Your form's notification is configured to be sent to paolalain_25@hotmail.com. If you are not receiving notifications on this address, then that is because the sender email and name were left empty:


    You should fill in these details to ensure email delivery. For maximum deliverability, we suggest using noreply@jotform.com as the sender email.

    Secondly, It seems paolalain_25@hotmail.com is at the bounce list because smtp; 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

    Thank you for your quickly answer but "paolalain_25@hotmail.com" is not my email... My email is "info@elmirall.es" (you can see it in the picture below). So, what am I doing wrong?

    To test the form s completely, you will have to submit via the forms and not use the test email button.

    Kindly use the forms to submit some dummy date and check if the notification email is delivered to the inbox of info@elmirall.es
