Thank you for your quickly answer but "firstname.lastname@example.org" is not my email... My email is "email@example.com" (you can see it in the picture below). So, what am I doing wrong?

To test the form s completely, you will have to submit via the forms and not use the test email button.
Kindly use the forms to submit some dummy date and check if the notification email is delivered to the inbox of firstname.lastname@example.org
