I'm trying out your platform and like it very much. However, this morning all of my forms say
The exact message showing in my app is "Form not found this form is disabled." I checked t be sure that I had not exceeded my account quota and I have not. Can you check to see what's going on and get my account reactivated? Thank you. Peter

Hi Peter,
Our apologies. That is because your account has been auto suspended. One of your forms is tagged as a phishing form, but I checked and it's fine so I have reactivated your account. Your forms should be up now.

I have checked your account and your account is autosuspended by the phishing filter because of the suspected phishing form you have: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52465338664362
Inside of this form you are asking for user login credentials (password) and that is in violation of JotForm Terms of Use.
Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately If a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.
You must remove this field from your form and only then can the account be enabled once again.
