I'm not getting the notification email from my form

    Hi, still not getting the notifications when a form comes in and neither is my second email address receiver.

    That is because your email address has been added to our bounce list. 

    Result: 

    msclark@nb.sympatico.ca is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s):

    smtp;550 Message rejected

    I've fixed this for you, but to prevent this from happening again, you should do our recommendations from the following guide.

    Whitelisting us is one of the important steps so you should do. The guide also explains how you can remove your email address to our bounce list.
