I am currently using the free jotform and I am supposed to be able to receive 100 submissions each month. So far I have received 14 and I am unable to receive any more. It says that the form is over quota and I would just like to know why that is. Thank you so much for your time.

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 14 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms URLs and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
