Jotform submissions are no longer going through to our server. We upgraded our subscription on Friday and today we are not receiving emails of form submissions. Are the two connected? I haven't altered the email address on the form.

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your email notifications.
I checked your email notification and I am seeing that it has not been set up correctly, which can prevent your emails from reaching to your inbox:
Please edit your email notification and add a sender name and email address.
