I have 3-4 auto-responders that are supposed to go out when a form is completed. Everything was working fine for over a year until two days ago-- now they are not going out. Please help asap.

I checked your form and it looks like you are using your own SMTP to send the autoresponders. There may have been an update to your server settings or something of that nature and your SMTP setting may be off:
Check to make sure your settings are correct or change the sender email field from your address to "email@example.com" to have the autoresponders send from our services.
If neither of these solutions work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
