Attempting to cancel my subscription with you

    I just received an error to contact you to when I tried to cancel.  Please cancel my enrollment effective immediately.

    Hi,

    I have cancelled your subscription as per your request.  You will retain your paid user benefits until the end of your paid period on September 28th, 2015, at which point you will be downgraded back to a Free account and will no longer billed.
