Account maxed out?

    I started out with a free account and recieved an email yesterday that I was just about at my max.I purchased the special $45 account for the year last night.  This morning I received a notice that I was at my max and it would be terminated on Monday.  What do I need to do at this point to keep the acccount in effect?

    The forms were created under a guest account I have moved it to the registered Premium account under the username ellenmorsetravel. The forms should be working fine you can login to JotForm using the aforementioned username to view the submissions and manage the forms.
