Add Other field in radiobbutton group

Dear Jotform,

I used this and it worked in Jotform itself. However when viewed in any browser it just shows the code.

The whole issue was that i want multiple 'other' fields and not one.

So how to solve it so it has multiple option fields?
In other words, people need to have the option to add items under right section. I would not prefer to add an extra column for this.

Unfortunately the above approach wont work as the text inputted into the text-fields wont be submitted along with the form.

You could perhaps consider using the configurable list widget or the infinite list widget
